• Colours and packaging shown online may vary slightly from the physical product due to display settings or batch updates.

• Orders placed through this website are prepaid. The checkout total is the sum of product prices shown on the site; delivery is included in those prices unless we state otherwise for a promotion.
• Prices and stock may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer details. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund through Razorpay or another agreed method.
• You are responsible for providing accurate name, phone, email (if any), and delivery address information.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay on our behalf. You complete payment at checkout before we dispatch your order. We do not store your complete payment card details on this website. Card and UPI data are handled by Razorpay under their terms and security standards.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Product prices include delivery. We may introduce separate shipping charges or carrier integrations in the future; any change will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, and unforeseen delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide, except where required otherwise by applicable law.
• Please inspect packages on receipt. Report damaged or incorrect items to us promptly with photos and order details.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• No returns policy: Because our products are food and consumable items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, including opened packs, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• The only exception is if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item. Contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with photos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
• Order cancellations may be possible before dispatch; once shipped, cancellation is subject to courier and stock policies.
• Approved refunds will be processed using a method agreed with you, typically within a reasonable business period after confirmation.
