Ali Naturals (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Ali Naturals website, including when you browse pages, add items to your cart, or complete checkout. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

- Delivery address (address lines, city, state, PIN code, country)
- Order details (products, quantities, cart total, and notes you include)
- Any other information you voluntarily submit in message fields
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Cart data stored locally: Product selections and quantities may be saved in your browser’s local storage so your cart persists between visits. This data stays on your device until you complete payment or clear storage.
- Technical data: Standard server or host logs may include IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, depending on how hosting is configured.
2.3 Information we do not collect through this site
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, biometric data, or payment card full PAN / CVV through this website. Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive payment identifiers and status, not your full card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and fulfil paid orders;
- Communicate about shipping, delivery, and support;
- Verify payments and prevent fraud;
- Improve our website, products, and customer experience;
- Detect and prevent abuse or technical issues;
- Let you check order status on our Track Order page using your order ID and phone number (we do not expose full delivery details to anyone who cannot verify both);
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing.
4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Depending on applicable law, we process your information because:
- It is necessary to take steps at your request before a purchase contract, or to perform a contract with you;
- You have given consent (for example, by submitting checkout details);
- We have a legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, balanced against your rights;
- Processing is required to meet a legal obligation.
5. Sharing Your Information
We may share information with:
- Payment processor (Razorpay) to collect and confirm payment;
- Hosting and database providers (for example Netlify and Supabase) that store order and product data under contractual security obligations;
- Logistics and courier partners needed to deliver your order;
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety;
- Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
This website uses browser local storage to remember your shopping cart. We may also use essential cookies or similar technologies required for the site to function. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings; doing so may reset your cart.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above—typically for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, and legal compliance—and then delete or anonymise it when no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including Indian data protection requirements), you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Request deletion of your information where we have no continuing lawful need to keep it;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing;

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our website and products are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
